The terms.

The offer

A five-page website for your business, designed and written by Kyle, live in 48 build hours. Fixed price: $4,990 plus GST. Half ($2,495 plus GST) books your build. Half is due when the site is ready to launch.

The guarantee

If your website is not live within 48 build hours, $1,000 comes off your final payment. If you would rather not proceed, your deposit is refunded in full. Either way, you are looked after.

The 48 hours cover everything on our side: design, build, copy, testing, connecting your tools, hosting. The clock does not run while you are reviewing the site or gathering materials. That is your time, not build time.

How the build works

The build starts once three things are ready:

1. A brief call or content form is done.
2. Your deposit (50%) has cleared.
3. We have what we need to start: your business details, any photos or logo you'd like used, and access to your domain. If you don't have some of these, that's fine. We sort it out together on the call.

During the build, you'll receive a review link. Take the time you need to look it over and send your feedback. If we need anything else (content, credentials, domain access), we'll ask in writing. The build time only counts while we are working, so there is no rush on your side.

If we lose touch for more than seven days, we'll email and call to check in. If there's still no reply, the project is paused. Any unused portion of your deposit is refunded.

Your time

Your part is about an hour: a brief call or a twenty-minute content form, then one look at the site when it's ready for your review. We write every page from your answers. You don't need to supply copy unless you want to.

Scope

The fixed price covers: five custom pages in your branding, design and copy, mobile build, an enquiry form, your existing booking tool connected, maps, Google Business Profile linked to the new site, analytics, SEO basics, one round of revisions, and hosting for the first month. It does not cover: online stores, custom applications or booking systems built from scratch, membership areas, logo or brand design, photography, ongoing SEO, or content in languages other than English. Anything outside scope is quoted in writing before any work starts. A mid-build scope change restarts the clock by agreement or is scheduled as post-launch work.

Extras, quoted on the call: extra pages $400 each, Google Business Profile refresh $300, logo mini-kit $750. Online stores and large SEO rebuilds are a separate quote.

Revisions

One revision round means one consolidated list of changes to the delivered site, within the agreed scope. Extra rounds are available and quoted first.

Care plan

After the first month, hosting, edits within two business days and a monthly report continue at $200 plus GST a month. Cancel any time with a month's notice. The site is yours either way. We hand over the files and access.

Payment and ownership

50% books your slot; 50% is due when the site is ready to launch. Once paid in full, the site is yours. The design, the code, everything. If the balance is outstanding after 14 days, we'll get in touch to sort it out. Your finished site is never published elsewhere or reused for another business.

We may show the finished site as an example of our work. If you'd prefer we didn't, just say so on the brief call.

Your content

You confirm you own or have rights to everything you provide (words, images, logos) and that it's accurate.

What "live" means

Live means the agreed five pages are published and working on your domain. If your domain access isn't ready yet, the site goes up on a staging address first and we move it to your domain free of charge once access is sorted.

The limits

Our total liability on any project is capped at the fees you paid. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data, third-party outages). If the project isn't the right fit for either side before the brief call, any payment is refunded in full.

Your details

What you type into the mock-up form (your practice, site address, name, email) is stored securely and used to send your preview and follow up with you about the build. Your details are not shared with anyone outside Dreamers Media.

Legal

The 48-Hour Website is a product of Dreamers Media Pty Ltd, ABN 19 679 585 936, 103/11 Wentworth Street, Glebe NSW 2037. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
